  • Do I need an extension lead? An extension lead is included in the price up to 25meters addition can be hired at extra cost.
  • Do I need to pay a deposit? - A booking fee is taken which comes of the balance then the rest is paid on the day.
  • Can they go indoor? A- Yes as long as the venue is large enough.
  • Do you set it up? A- Yes we deliver and set it up so it’s ready to use.
  • Can they be hired if it’s raining? A- Yes all our castles come with rain covers.
  • Do we have insurance? A- Yes we have full public liability insurance.
  • If we cancel can we get a refund? - No the booking fee is none refundable.
  • If I pay in full and cancel can I get a refund?- Yes but the booking fee of 20% is deducted then the difference is refunded but if you cancel within 48hrs then 50% of the hire value has to be paid.
  • Do you have generators? - Yes we can supply external power at an extra cost.
  • Do you man the castles?- No we don't but we can provide staff for events etc at an extra cost
  • Can you hire disco domes in the rain? Yes you can we can all plugs for camping plugs to handle the British weather.

 

Delivery Policy 

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather the only weather we put under this section is high winds but please don't hesitate to ask us if you are unsure, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund except the booking fee which can be moved to another booking. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process but on selecting the times please put the earliest time you can get in your venue if u are having event at one as well as party start time and party finish times we will do are best to keep to the times.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris this is at the drivers descression if they feel it is against any health and safety reason or to stop our equipment getting damaged they can refuse to do the hire and you will loose your booking fee and you could be asked to pay the remainder of the booking value. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
